No homo bro ; (Bringing this post up again because I feel the need to)
“ After all, we are none but one race. Humans. ”Firstly, I'd like to thank Eugene for being such a great writer at everything he does, and for being so honest about his opinions on the world. So basically what he did was he posted up something that was meaningful to him. And reading it, I was captivated as well. Quote "Being different, my dear readers/followers is beautiful." I personally felt really moved and the whole post was just deep, considering another thing he added was a video that was titled 'What it means to be a lesbian?' from someone on Youtube. Then I skimmed through the comments from readers and was pretty much appalled at what I read coming from 'Anon'."Humans were originally created for the purpose of procreating. What this means is that you need a Male and a Female cell to make another cell. An Animal's sole purpose is to recreate also. It is inbuilt in their DNA. Humans are a weird lot. They have these crap drawbacks called feelings. See, Lesbians and Gays are a weirder bunch, because they seem to have some kind of brain deficiency to seem that being with another person by the same sex is okay. And by all means, go the fuck ahead. You're just saying no to the human race."When did society turn into something like this? I'm ashamed to even say I live in this kind of world. Why the hate? Why the disgust? Why that weird look on your face when you see two men/women hold hands together on the street?You see, THIS. This among many other reasons are why the world is fucked up. What wrong is it to like the other gender? Why is it so shunned upon in this time of the century when there are probably heaps and heaps of gay people in the world!? And you know what I hate? Anti-gay's making up those stupid reasons as to why they hate gay people."Being gay is not natural.'' These people don't just wake up one day and decide that they're going to chase the same gender or maybe even both. The question 'When did you decide to be gay?' is kind of like asking 'When did you decide to be you?' There is no choice when it comes to feeling attracted to somebody. You don't get to choose whether you fall in love with a guy or a girl, it just occurs naturally. You do have a choice, however, to act on it or to walk away. And gay's. Yeah, they're the ones that aren't scared to be ridiculed in society. They are the ones that will risk social equality for social injustice."Gay people will encourage other people to be gay." In the same way hanging around tall people will make you tall, and hanging around Asian people will make your skin turn yellow. This is a stupid reason, do I need to explain why?"Straight marriage has been around for a long time." Boohoo, go jump off a bridge. In the past, black people weren't allowed to marry white people, women were treated and labeled as property, and divorcing was illegal. This has all changed now, the laws have changed, but in the past, they stuck around for a long time. Should we demolish those laws now since gay marriage isn't accepted? Of course not! Because gay marriage isn't accepted in society right? How bout we send off all the Asian people back to Asia because that's where they belong?"Gay people won't be able to produce children." Do all families want to produce children in the first place? There are some people who don't want to have children in the first place (My brother for example) and some people who would want to adopt because they think it's the right thing. So ridicule gay people for not being able to produce children, and at the same time ridicule old people and infertile couples for not being able to have babies."Gay parents will only raise gay children." Yeah..in the same way straight parents will raise straight children right?"Children will never succeed without a male/female rolemodel." Oh, so now society forbids single parents to raise children on their own? Sometimes, 2 men can raise more successful children than 2 straight parents."Gay marriage will change the foundation of society." Like society hasn't adapted to cars, laptops, digital camera's and such.And the reason I hate the most?"God forbids 2 men/2 women to be with each other."First off, how do these people know for sure that God forbid 2 men/2 women to be together? 'The bible states it isn't a good enough reason because the bible isn't ACCURATE. They are only accounts, some of which are different. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are all different from each other. God created all of mankind, thus, he created everyone in this world. I'm sure God would've been smart enough to prevent creating homosexual people if he strictly forbid it. After all, God is the greatest, isn't he? And I'm sure all of you have heard God's greatest commandment "Love one another, just as I have loved you." Doesn't it mean something to all of you homophobics? LOVE one another. No matter what race, culture, background, sexuality. If God forbid love to happen, then maybe he wasn't all that good. Since when did love have restrictions?
Since when did love become 'wrong'?
Since when did love involve being socially excluded?
